E-Commerce Manager

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue across all online platforms.
  • Manage and optimize website content using content management systems like WordPress, ensuring accuracy, SEO best practices, and engaging presentation.
  • Utilize SEO tools and perform keyword research to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and A/B testing to enhance the customer journey.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM efforts to attract targeted traffic.
  • Coordinate social media marketing initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content including copywriting for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop for visual assets.
  • Monitor performance marketing metrics regularly to refine strategies and maximize ROI through analytics insights.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing digital assets aligned with brand standards.
  • Lead efforts in marketing automation to streamline customer outreach, nurture campaigns, and personalized messaging.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, e-commerce technologies, and industry best practices to keep our strategies innovative.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms with a strong understanding of content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM techniques, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization and data analysis purposes.
  • Skilled in content creation—including copywriting—and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) or similar tools.
  • Experience with performance marketing tactics such as conversion optimization and keyword research to drive measurable results.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and strategies for B2B (business-to-business) marketing environments.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes related to digital campaigns and website performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to project management and cross-team collaboration.
