E-Commerce Executive (Shopify & Meta Ads)

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Shopify store management and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaign execution. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and performance optimization to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce Operations

  • Manage and maintain the Shopify website, including product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are uploaded and regularly updated.
  • Monitor website performance and user experience to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Handle website content updates and promotional campaigns.

Meta Advertising

  • Plan, create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Manage ad budgets and monitor campaign performance to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audience creation.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including conversion rate, ROAS, CAC, and customer retention.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to increase online sales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and basic SEO principles.
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices and online customer journeys.
