Role: E-commerce Manager – Amazon & Online Marketplaces

Location: Chennai, India (On-site only)

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager for our brand Four brothers to manage and scale our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end marketplace operations including catalog management, sales growth, advertising and performance optimization.

You will play a key role in driving online revenue, improving product visibility, and maximizing profitability across all e-commerce platforms for our brand Four brothers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:-

• Manage Amazon Seller Central and other online marketplaces
• Ensure accurate product listings, titles, keywords, images, and descriptions
• Handle account health, policy compliance, and issue resolution

Sales & Growth:-

• Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets across all marketplaces
• Plan and execute deals, offers, lightning deals, and festive campaigns
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Advertising & Promotions:-

• Manage Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROAS, CTR, and overall profitability
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and A+ content

Reporting & Analysis:-

• Track KPIs such as sales, ROAS, ACOS, conversion rate, and ranking
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

Qualifications

• experience managing Amazon & online marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA, FBM
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads & promotions
• Good understanding of SEO for marketplace listings
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
