E-Commerce Market Place Officer (Night shift)

Role Description

We are seeking an Ecommerce Marketplace Officer to manage our online sales operations across Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in product listings, optimization, order processing, inventory management, customer service, advertising campaigns, and marketplace compliance. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Optimization

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to improve rankings and visibility.
• Ensure product content, images, and descriptions are accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned.
• Continuously update listings based on performance insights and market trends.

2. Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels to ensure product availability across platforms.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for timely restocking.
• Use inventory tools to forecast demand and manage stock efficiently.
• Oversee shipment tracking with fulfillment centers.

3. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Manage end-to-end order processing across all marketplaces.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch with logistics and fulfillment partners.
• Handle cancellations, delivery issues, and return requests.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and returns.

4. Customer Service

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
• Manage customer experience pre- and post-purchase.
• Monitor and improve seller ratings and reviews.
• Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.

5. Market Research & Analysis

• Track competitor activities and identify new opportunities.
• Analyze KPIs, sales performance, and marketplace metrics.
• Prepare reports to support business growth and decision-making.

6. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute marketplace promotional campaigns.
• Manage and optimize paid ads (Amazon PPC, eBay Promotions, Walmart Ads, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team on creatives, offers, and campaigns.
• Monitor ad performance and provide optimization insights.

7. Compliance & Policy Management

• Ensure compliance with all marketplace rules and policies.
• Stay updated on policy changes and implement required adjustments.
• Manage account health issues, disputes, and IP-related concerns.
• Implement preventive measures to avoid account suspensions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerce marketplace management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Proven knowledge of Amazon, eBay, Temu, Shopify, and Walmart platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
• Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.
• Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Knowledge of compliance standards across ecommerce platforms.

• Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase 8)
• Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
