Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in digital marketing, and the ability to execute campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, social commerce).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SEO keywords).
- Monitor online sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and operations teams.
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and online feedback professionally.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media ads, and online marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
