Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in digital platforms, and the ability to drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email, SEO).
  • Create and optimize content for websites, social media, and ad campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • Optimize SEO, SEM, and landing pages for performance.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams.
  • Manage online brand presence and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
