Position Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Marketing Coordinator to oversee and manage digital marketing initiatives for our online footwear business. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills, e-commerce knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between marketing, sales, and customer service teams. The E-commerce Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in driving online engagement and maintaining Clive Shoes LLC’s reputation for excellence in footwear retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
• Manage product listings, promotions, and online advertising initiatives.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing content.
• Maintain accurate records of campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales data.
• Prepare reports on e-commerce marketing performance and recommend improvements.
• Assist in organizing product launches, seasonal promotions, and online engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar’s retail and e-commerce regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, retail operations, or digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of online retail platforms, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, e-commerce tools, and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
