E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist

MedX Pharmacy is one of the leading retail pharmacy chains in the UAE, committed to providing exceptional healthcare services and innovative wellness solutions. With 20+ branches across the UAE, we are expanding our digital presence and seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our e-commerce operations across leading platforms such as Amazon and Noon.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead product listing creation, optimization, and management on Amazon and other marketplaces such as Noon and Trendyol.

2. Ensure timely updates of inventory, pricing, and product data to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.

3. Prepare profit margin analyses to support pricing and inventory decisions.

4. Maintain catalog integrity, including variation setups and attribute accuracy.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure catalogue completeness and compliance.

6. Regularly update and enhance product content to improve visibility and conversion rates.

7. Generate and share catalog performance reports with senior management.

8. Monitor marketplace metrics and implement strategies to optimize sales and product discoverability, with a focus on Amazon.

Qualification & Requirements:

- Extensive hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, including advanced listing optimization, inventory management, and pricing strategies.

- Proven expertise with other marketplaces such as Noon and Trendyol is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of Amazon’s algorithms, SEO techniques specific to marketplaces, A+ content creation, and Amazon advertising fundamentals.

- Skilled in catalog management tools and financial reporting including profit margin analysis.

- Experience collaborating across teams to ensure product data accuracy and operational alignment

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with a significant focus on Amazon.

- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth through effective product listing management and marketplace optimization in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.

- Proven ability to analyze marketplace data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvements.

- Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities and process discipline.

- Ability to work full-time onsite in the UAE.

- Previous UAE work experience in a pharmacy would be advantageous.
