About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially-minded E-commerce & Marketplace Specialist to take full ownership of our online sales channels and drive significant revenue growth. This is a hands-on role for a digital expert who can manage everything from our listings on amazon and Noon to pioneering sales through Live Selling events and TikTok Shop.
Your primary mission is to increase sales by optimizing our presence, engaging customers, and mastering the ecosystems of today's most important digital marketplaces. If you are passionate about e-commerce and have a proven track record of growing online sales, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (Amazon & Noon):
- Manage the end-to-end process of our Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and Noon seller accounts, including product listing creation, optimization (titles, keywords, images, A+ content), and ongoing maintenance.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies, promotions, and deals to maximize sales velocity and profitability.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Proactively manage account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback to maintain excellent standing, ensuring strict adherence to all platform seller policies.
Social Commerce & Live Selling:
- Develop and manage our presence on social commerce platforms like TikTok Shop, Instagram Shopping, and Facebook Marketplace.
- Plan, promote, and host engaging Live Sales events to showcase products, interact with customers in real-time, and drive immediate purchases.
- Create platform-specific content to attract viewers and convert them into customers.
Search Engine & Digital Presence:
- Manage and optimize product listings on Google Shopping, Bing Shopping, and other relevant e-commerce aggregators.
- Ensure our products are accurately represented and highly visible across all digital sales points.
Growth & Strategy:
- Continuously monitor sales performance, traffic data, and conversion rates across all platforms, providing regular reports to management.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and strategies.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to increase traffic, improve conversion rates, and ultimately drive significant sales growth.
Skills and Qualifications
Required:
- Proven Experience: 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing and growing sales on e-commerce marketplaces.
- UAE Marketplace Expertise: In-depth experience with Amazon Seller Central (Amazon), Merchant listing, and Noon Seller Lab. You must understand their specific policies, tools, and algorithms.
- Policy Knowledge: A deep and practical understanding of platform seller policies is essential to ensure compliance and protect account health.
- Social Commerce Savvy: Demonstrable experience or strong knowledge of selling on social platforms, especially TikTok.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: A self-starter who is focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Direct experience hosting or producing Live Selling events.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising in different time zones.
- Familiarity with inventory management and e-commerce analytics software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
