E-commerce Operations

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations to oversee and manage our online presence across multiple platforms, including Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations, marketing, and sales, with expertise in managing multiple online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

- Manage and optimize product listings, inventory, and pricing across Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, and Ajio

- Ensure compliance with each platform's policies, guidelines, and requirements

Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across platforms

- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize product offerings

Marketing and Promotion:

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and content

Operations and Logistics:

- Manage order fulfillment, shipping, and customer service across platforms

- Ensure timely and accurate order processing, returns, and refunds

Performance Analysis:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across platforms

- Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
