The E-Commerce Operations Coordinator ensures smooth day-to-day management of webook.com e-commerce processes including order management, vendor coordination, and logistics. This role plays a key part in maintaining operational excellence and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily order processing and ensure timely delivery.

Coordinate with logistics and suppliers for stock and shipment updates.

Maintain accurate product data, stock levels, and pricing on the website.

Support customer service with order, refund, and delivery queries.

Track inventory and flag shortages or delays to management.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and KPIs.

Ensure operational workflows meet internal SLAs and quality standards.
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or fulfillment.
