E-commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an organized, data-driven Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end efficiency of our online store. You will be the bridge between logistics, technology, and customer experience, ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly and the digital storefront runs perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee 3PL relationships, shipping processes, and returns management to ensure timely delivery.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle demand planning, and coordinate restocks with suppliers to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Site Management: maintain product listings (images, copy, pricing), manage site updates, and ensure checkout functionality on [Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento].
• Customer Experience: Monitor CX metrics and resolve high-level service escalations; optimize workflows to reduce ticket volume.
• Data & Reporting: Analyze operational KPIs (CAC, LTV, Return Rate, Margins) and generate weekly reports to improve profitability.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in E-commerce Operations or Supply Chain management.
• Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in [Insert Platform, e.g., Shopify Plus], ERP systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Skills: Strong analytical mindset with experience in inventory forecasting and vendor negotiation.
• Soft Skills: Extreme attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot technical/logistical issues under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
