E-Commerce Platform Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and operate online stores on Zid and Salla platforms.

• Create, activate, and monitor promo codes for campaigns and promotions.

• Create new SKUs and Bundles , and ensure accurate product listings.

• Oversee stock control to guarantee product availability before campaigns and peak seasons.

• Work closely with the Marketing Team to plan campaigns, prepare required stock,

coordinate promo codes, and manage campaign SKUs.

• Ensure continuous follow-up on inventory, sales performance, and order accuracy.

• Flexibly adapt to work requirements and remain available on-call 24/7 to support

urgent operational needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience +4 years with Zid, Salla, or Shopify platforms.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, stock management, and digital workflows.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work under pressure.

• High level of responsibility and readiness to respond instantly when needed.
