Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Brand Manager to lead our online brand presence, enhance customer experience, and drive e-commerce sales performance. The ideal candidate will combine brand strategy expertise with a strong command of digital marketing and e-commerce analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute e-commerce brand strategies to increase market share and profitability.
  • Manage online campaigns and ensure alignment with brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Optimize the brand’s e-commerce platforms for improved conversion and user experience.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify performance trends and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
  • Oversee online launches, promotions, and digital product merchandising.
  • Manage relationships with digital agencies, media buyers, and e-commerce partners.
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports to evaluate campaign success and ROI.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in brand management with a focus on digital/e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of online consumer behavior and digital marketing tactics.
  • Experience in managing paid media campaigns and online stores.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, and similar tools.
