Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of brand plans: market research, consumer insights, competitor analysis and brand positioning.
  • Support the execution of brand marketing programs: product launches, packaging updates, promotions, digital campaigns, influencer/affiliate activities.
  • Coordinate with creative & content teams to develop assets (social media, email, video, banners) that align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage campaign roll-out across channels (e-commerce, retail, online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer), tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Monitor brand performance (brand awareness, share, e-commerce metrics, return on investment) and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Work with analytics team to extract data (sales, customer behaviour, digital KPIs) and build reports to guide strategy.
  • Assist with budget tracking for brand & marketing spend, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, supply chain, operations to ensure product availability, alignment of marketing activities and brand consistency.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, consumer behaviours, emerging platforms (e.g., social commerce, new marketplaces) and propose innovative ideas to drive brand growth.
  • Ensure that all communications and campaign materials are in line with brand identity, legal/regulatory requirements and company standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 2-7 years of experience (adjust as appropriate) in brand management, marketing, e-commerce or related roles. Experience with digital brands, e-commerce marketplaces or consumer goods is a plus.
  • Should have worked in a Top FMCGS like P&G, Unilever, Nestle, National Foods, Colgate Palmolive, Loreal etc
  • Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, able to interpret KPIs, build reports, use insights to make recommendations.
  • Creative mindset: able to contribute to content, campaigns, and user-centric marketing experiences.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace; familiarity with marketing tools/analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics, e-commerce dashboards) is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, agile, able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; comfortable with remote/hybrid model and coordinating across time zones.
  • Strong organisational skills: able to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for brand building, consumer behaviour, digital marketing and innovation.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with e-commerce / marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer channels.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce.
  • Experience working in remote or hybrid settings and coordinating virtual teams.
  • Comfort working with global teams or across geographies/time zones.
