E-commerce sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Ecommerce sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting and selling products/services listed on our ecommerce platform, and helping drive revenue growth through outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell ecommerce products/services.
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
• Explain benefits, and pricing to customers, addressing any objections or questions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of all products, promotions, and ecommerce platform updates.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, or CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
• Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams about customer preferences, challenges, and trends.
• Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or ecommerce customer service (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and online buying behavior.
• Fluent in [English , hindi ], both spoken and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
