E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist with hands-on experience managing product listings, campaigns, and operations on NOON. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our NOON storefront, optimizing product visibility, improving sales performance, and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the company’s seller account on NOON platform.

Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate content, images, pricing, and inventory.

Monitor and improve product rankings, visibility, and sales performance.

Coordinate with NOON account managers for campaigns, promotions, deals, and brand visibility opportunities.

Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and platform performance metrics to drive growth.

Resolve order issues, customer complaints, and logistics coordination via the NOON seller portal.

Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain a high seller rating.

Work with internal teams (marketing, warehouse, customer service) to support e-commerce goals.

Keep up-to-date with NOON policies, tools, and new features to enhance store performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on NOON (minimum 1–2 years).

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, especially marketplace dynamics.

Experience in product listing, pricing strategy, promotions, and reporting on NOON.

Familiarity with seller tools and dashboards on NOON.

Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
