E-Commerce Specialist

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company’s presence across online travel portals and marketplaces. This includes uploading and maintaining tour listings through our verified agent accounts, ensuring accurate and engaging content, and driving visibility and conversions. Additionally, the role involves creating engaging video content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and attract travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Listings & Portal Management:

• Upload and update tour packages, itineraries, images, and pricing on various online travel portals (e.g., Viator, GetYourGuide, TripAdvisor, etc.).
• Ensure all listings are accurate, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Monitor performance and rankings of listings; make necessary updates to improve visibility and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather updated information, promotions, and visuals.

2. E-Commerce Optimization:

• Analyze portal analytics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Implement SEO best practices within listings to enhance discoverability.
• Stay updated on trends and competitor activities across online travel platforms.

3. Social Media & Video Creation:

• Plan, shoot, and edit short, ecstatic promotional videos highlighting tours, destinations, and customer experiences.
• Manage and schedule posts across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategy with brand messaging.

4. Coordination & Reporting:

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Prepare regular performance reports and insights on portal sales and social engagement metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
