E-Commerce Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven E-commerce Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in managing and optimizing Amazon, Noon and Shopify Ecommerce accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our e-commerce strategy to drive sales and enhance the overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize our presence on Amazon, ensuring product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and maximize visibility.
• Implement strategies to increase sales, improve rankings, and drive traffic to our Amazon store.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce initiatives.
• Work closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure a seamless order fulfillment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, Amazon policies, and best practices to continuously optimize our e-commerce operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts.
• Proven track record of driving sales and improving key performance metrics on the Amazon platform.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and customer behavior.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
