Job Summary
The E-commerce Listing Executive is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on e-commerce platforms (such as websites, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.). This role ensures that all apparel products are accurately and attractively listed to maximize visibility, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Listing & Content Management
- Upload new apparel products to e-commerce platforms with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, and specifications.
- Ensure product information aligns with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Write engaging and SEO-optimized product descriptions targeting relevant keywords.
- Categorize products correctly and maintain consistency across platforms.
2. Visual & Media Management
- Coordinate with the design/photography team for images, videos, zoom views, and size charts.
- Ensure images meet marketplace requirements (background, size, format).
- Optimize images for quick loading without compromising quality.
3. Pricing & Inventory
- Update pricing, offers, promotions, and stock status regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with inventory/warehouse teams for updates.
- Ensure listings reflect real-time availability to prevent overselling.
4. Marketplace Coordination
- Upload and manage listings on various channels: brand website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Follow marketplace norms & policies for content compliance.
- Manage seller feeds or catalog uploads if using bulk upload tools.
5. Quality & Consistency
- Maintain product data quality: correct SKUs, sizes, colors, variants.
- Regular audit of active listings to fix errors, duplicates, or missing data.
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and style.
6. Performance Monitoring
- Track listing performance metrics: click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, bounce rate.
- Suggest optimization opportunities based on analytics.
- Work with marketing teams for SEO, campaigns, and seasonal launches.
7. Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, supply chain, and customer support teams.
- Understand product features & USPs from product development team for accurate messaging.
Skills & Competencies
Required
- Good command of English writing (especially product and SEO writing)
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Attention to detail & accuracy
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Preferred
- Experience in apparel/fashion e-commerce
- Familiarity with marketplace listing tools
- Basic image editing skills (e.g., Photoshop/Canva)
- Analytical mindset (can interpret performance data)
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, e-commerce, IT, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in e-commerce/product listing (freshers can apply with strong skills)
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of listings created/updated per day/week
- Accuracy % of listings (errors/returns due to incorrect info)
- Listing performance (views, CTR, conversion)
- On-time upload for launches/promotions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,626.74 - ₹17,000.28 per month
