Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated E-Commerce Specialist who is both a builder and a strategist. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a visionary mindset—someone who doesn’t just manage online stores, but creates them.

You will be responsible for establishing and growing Veneto Luce’s online sales channels, including (but not limited to) Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and other relevant marketplaces. This is a foundational role with the opportunity to define systems, workflows, and long-term e-commerce strategy.

This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and execute efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, and manage Veneto Luce’s e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.)
• Build and optimize product listings, including descriptions, imagery, specifications, and pricing
• Develop and execute an overall e-commerce strategy aligned with brand positioning and growth goals
• Establish backend workflows for inventory, fulfillment, returns, and customer communication
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, marketing) to ensure accurate and compelling online representation of products
• Research competitors and market trends within the lighting and home design space
• Implement basic SEO and marketplace optimization best practices
• Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and recommend improvements
• Assist in planning promotions, launches, and seasonal campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in e-commerce or digital retail (hands-on experience preferred)
• Strong familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Etsy
• Ability to manage a high volume of work while maintaining accuracy and organization
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you’re comfortable building from scratch and making decisions
• Visionary thinker with the ability to see the big picture and execute the details
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
• Interest in design, interiors, or lighting is a strong plus
• Clear communication skills and a problem-solving attitude

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
