E-Commerce Specialist

Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist.
Experience Required: 2 to 4 years.
Location: Al-Ain.

Eligibility: Experience in managing online and offline sales platforms with mandatory experience in SAP system. Open to all nationalities.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and developing the company’s e-commerce operations across multiple online marketplaces and offline sales channels, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate inventory synchronization, and smooth system integration through SAP. The role focuses on maximizing online sales performance, maintaining strong marketplace presence, and supporting business expansion across retail and cooperative channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces including Noon, Amazon, Talabat, and Keeta.
• Upload, update, and maintain product listings, pricing, descriptions, and promotions across all platforms.
• Process and monitor online orders through SAP system ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams to ensure fast order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain synchronization between online platforms, SAP system, and offline inventory.
• Handle online customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and order follow-ups professionally.
• Monitor stock availability and submit replenishment requests to avoid product shortages.
• Manage marketplace performance, promotions, and visibility to increase sales conversion.
• Coordinate with cooperative societies and retail associations for product listing and online/offline sales support.
• Prepare sales performance reports and analysis using SAP and marketplace dashboards.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and market trends to improve online positioning.
• Ensure accuracy of digital content and maintain company brand standards across all channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations.
• Mandatory experience in SAP system.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Noon, Amazon, Talabat, and Keeta.
• Previous experience dealing with cooperative societies and retail associations is required.
• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory control, and marketplace operations.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
