E-Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate has a strong track record of managing and growing sales on Middle Eastern marketplaces, specifically Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and Mumzworld. You will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace management, from product listing optimization to PPC campaigns and inventory forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

· Marketplace Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for managing seller accounts on Amazon, Noon, and Mumzworld, ensuring 100% health compliance.

· Listing Optimization: Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ Content) to improve search ranking and conversion rates.

· Advertising & PPC: Plan, execute, and monitor sponsored ads campaigns on Amazon and Noon to achieve a targeted ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

· Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure stock availability, manage FBA shipments, and prevent stock-outs during peak sales events (White Friday, Ramadan, etc.).

· Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and strategies to recommend tactical adjustments.

· Performance Reporting: Track key metrics (revenue, traffic, conversion rate) and provide weekly/monthly reports with insights for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience, specifically within the UAE/GCC market.

· Platform Expertise: Proven experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Noon Vendor Portal, and Mumzworld Partner Portal is mandatory.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) for data analysis; familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or SellerApp.

· Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

· Mindset: Highly organized, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
