E-Commerce Sales Executive (Marketplace Specialist)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Sales Executive with proven experience managing and scaling sales on Amazon UAE and similar online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong marketplace expertise, data-driven decision-making skills, and a track record of increasing online revenue in the home appliances category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon UAE and other regional marketplaces.
  • Execute marketplace growth strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
  • Perform SEO optimization for product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and descriptions.
  • Monitor and improve Buy Box ownership, pricing competitiveness, and listing performance.
  • Plan and execute Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Analyze KPIs including CTR, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, and sales velocity to improve performance.
  • Handle inventory planning, demand forecasting, and stock replenishment coordination.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends within the UAE market.
  • Manage customer feedback, ratings, and account health metrics.
  • Coordinate promotions, seasonal campaigns, and marketplace deals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing Amazon or similar marketplace accounts in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Seller Central/Vendor Central operations.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC & performance marketing.
  • Understanding of marketplace algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization and pricing strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and reporting dashboards.
  • Knowledge of UAE e-commerce consumer trends.
  • Experience in home appliances or consumer electronics is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Revenue growth & marketplace expansion
  • Conversion rate & listing performance
  • Advertising ROI (ROAS/ACOS)
  • Buy Box percentage
  • Inventory turnover & stock health

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching new SKUs in the UAE market.
  • Knowledge of Noon, Carrefour Marketplace, and other regional platforms.
  • Understanding of cross-border fulfillment and logistics.
