Job Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. This role is responsible for overseeing product listings, improving conversion rates, and executing digital strategies to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Lazada, Shopee)
- Upload and optimize product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO keywords
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, paid ads, promotions, and social media)
- Analyze customer behavior and optimize user experience to improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Manage promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Ensure accurate product information, pricing, and inventory levels
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, AOV, and ROI
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends, tools, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing strategies
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of online customer behavior and sales funnels
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Pay: QAR20,000.00 per month
