Role Purpose:
To supervise daily e-commerce operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery, optimal order fulfillment, and accurate inventory management, enabling platform performance and customer satisfaction in alignment with CCBCSA’s digital sales objectives.
Accountabilities:

Monitor daily deliveries by platform and region to ensure on-time dispatch and arrival, enabling consistent SLA adherence.

Coordinate with delivery teams and warehouses to resolve order processing or dispatch delays, ensuring seamless end-to-end order execution.

Follow up with warehouse teams to confirm order readiness and loading status, minimizing fulfillment bottlenecks.

Act as the primary liaison between warehouse operations and platform fulfillment teams to ensure synchronized workflow and timely updates.

Track fill rates across platforms on a daily and weekly basis to identify and address performance gaps impacting order completion.

Coordinate with the supply chain team to proactively track stock availability and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) scenarios.

Flag low-stock SKUs and support prioritization of replenishment based on sales velocity to avoid missed sales opportunities.

Ensure purchase orders are fulfilled and delivered within agreed SLA timelines by maintaining consistent communication with relevant stakeholders.

Validate and upload order fulfillment confirmations where applicable to ensure platform compliance and transparency.

Track and report SLA adherence metrics and escalate recurring fulfillment or delivery issues to ensure continuous improvement.

Maintain and regularly update a fulfillment tracker to identify trends, platform-specific issues, and operational bottlenecks.
Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics coordination, or order fulfillment within the FMCG or retail industry.

Completion of specialized training in E-Commerce Operations, Inventory Management, or Digital Sales Platforms (1–3 months preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and e-commerce dashboards or platform management tools.
