Job Title: E-Commerce Technical Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Technical Specialist with strong experience in Shopify, web integrations, and digital performance marketing. This role combines technical e-commerce management with digital marketing execution to ensure our online store runs efficiently, drives traffic, and converts users effectively. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage website functionality, implement data-driven strategies, and continuously optimize the user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the e-commerce website (Shopify), ensuring fast, secure, and seamless performance
• Execute and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, display ads, and social media
• Set up and maintain Shopify apps, third-party integrations, and automation tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Zapier)
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create and test landing pages that enhance user experience and conversion
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar) to assess user behavior and identify optimization opportunities
• Monitor and optimize the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring consistent performance across all digital touchpoints
• Instrument and improve conversion funnels, tracking key metrics and A/B test results
• Support Google Ads and paid media campaigns, ensuring proper tracking and ROI analysis
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of workflows, processes, and integrations
• Stay informed on e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, and digital marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience managing Shopify-based websites and technical integrations
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, SEO/SEM)
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
