E-commerce Assistant

We are hiring enthusiastic fresh graduates for the role of E-commerce Assistant. This is an entry-level position with 2 months of training in e-commerce operations. Prior experience is not required, but interest in e-commerce and strong English communication skills are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across online marketplaces
• Monitor inventory and support order fulfillment
• Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues
• Assist in tracking sales and analysing data
• Ensure accurate product data and website updates
• Learn and apply basic SEO practices

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (exceptions for Matric/Intermediate with excellent English)
• Strong English (written & spoken) and organizational skills
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, team player
• Resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad
• Willing to work evening shift (5:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
• Not enrolled in any degree program (full-time only)
