Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Amazon CRM Virtual Assistant to manage and improve customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and support post-sale engagement through Amazon and related CRM tools. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Amazon Seller Central, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with CRM strategies to help build brand loyalty and drive positive customer reviews.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management

  • Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and complaints on Amazon promptly and professionally
  • Resolve order issues, returns, refunds, and negative feedback efficiently
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized follow-ups and problem resolution

Review & Feedback Management

  • Monitor customer feedback and product reviews daily
  • Implement strategies to improve positive reviews and handle negative reviews appropriately (within Amazon’s TOS)
  • Coordinate follow-up emails and review requests (using tools like FeedbackWhiz, Jungle Scout, or manually)

Customer Data Management

  • Maintain accurate customer records and order history using CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Segment customer data for targeted communication and retention efforts
  • Track metrics such as response times, customer satisfaction rates, and feedback trends

Email & Messaging Campaigns

  • Create and manage email follow-up campaigns (where applicable within Amazon’s guidelines)
  • Use tools like Amazon Buyer-Seller Messaging, FeedbackFive, or Kibly to engage customers post-purchase

Insights & Reporting

  • Provide weekly reports on customer issues, feedback trends, and performance
  • Analyze common complaints to suggest product or process improvements

Loyalty & Retention

  • Help implement customer loyalty strategies (repeat purchase incentives, discounts, thank-you messages, etc.)
  • Monitor high-value customers and support relationship-building initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
