Oakleaf Partnership are supporting a business with hiring an Early Careers Recruitment Partner to deliver campus recruitment for a leading global financial services client in Dubai.

You'll manage end-to-end Early Careers hiring, partner closely with senior stakeholders, and lead attraction, assessment, and offer processes while ensuring a best-in class candidate experience. Working with onsite and offshore teams, you'll play a key role in shaping the client's Early Careers strategy across the region. This is an excellent opportunity to support a high profile global client and make a real impact on emerging talent in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end campus and Early Careers recruitment
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders
• Lead attraction strategies, assessment centres, and offer processes
• Monitor recruitment metrics and proactively address bottlenecks
• Coach recruiters and coordinators on best practice and client culture
• Ensure delivery in line with SLAs and compliance requirements

Candidate profile

• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills
• Proven Early Careers / Campus recruitment experience
• Financial services recruitment background
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Highly organised, detail focused, and able to work in a fast paced environment
