Recruiter (Recruitment Agency)

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle – from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (recruitment agency).
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
