We are looking for an experienced and passionate Early Years Coordinator (Nursery) to join our team.

Location: YMCA, Calicut

Salary: ₹15,000

Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling nursery/early years children.

* Strong ability to manage and settle a class as per the Maple Bear curriculum.

* Should monitor and oversee all Nursery grade classes.

* Implement innovative ideas and activities for the betterment and future expansion of the nursery program.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

* Communication with parents.

* Facilitating effective communication between parents and teachers.

* Overseeing and initiating disciplinary actions among teachers, when required.

* Planning and implementing events for the Nursery grade.

* Framing and executing rules and practices that will benefit the Nursery grade.

* Introducing new ideas and initiatives for the overall growth of the Nursery grade, including academics, activities, and events.
