Pay: Rs30,000 – Rs80,000/month (plus performance-based commission)

About the Role

Our company is a fast-growing digital services agency specializing in eBook writing, design, formatting, and publishing. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive eBook Front Seller to join our sales team. This role involves direct interaction with customers via chat, calls, and online platforms to pitch and sell tailored eBook solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients via chat, call, and social platforms to promote and sell eBook services
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions (ghostwriting, editing, formatting, cover design, publishing)
• Clearly present service packages and handle objections confidently
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate CRM records and submit daily sales reports
• Stay informed on industry trends to improve sales techniques and identify new opportunities
• Provide professional customer support from first contact through post-sale follow-up
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
• 1+ year experience in sales or customer service (especially chat, cold calling, or inbound inquiries)
• Experience with eBook or digital services is a plus
• Confident communicator with strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Comfortable using CRM tools and handling multiple conversations
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Previous experience in telesales, publishing, or digital services is a strong advantage
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales team
