Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Opposite Millennium Mall, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Friday)
Position Type: Full-Time | Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a well-organized and proactive eBooks Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of digital publishing projects. You will manage workflows between writers, editors, designers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality eBooks are produced on time and according to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eBook production, including planning, content development, editing, and formatting.
• Coordinate with writers, editors, designers, and other team members.
• Track project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Review drafts to maintain quality, formatting accuracy, and brand consistency.
• Prepare reports and communicate project updates to management.
• Maintain documentation, organized files, and version control.
• Support eBook listings, launches, and digital platform requirements.

Requirements

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Understanding of eBook formatting, publishing, or digital content workflows (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office and good computer literacy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
