E.COM Operator

The E.COM Operator is responsible for managing and optimizing the online sales operations of our e-commerce platform. This role involves monitoring website performance, processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing:

  • Manage and fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipping and delivery.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and update product listings as needed.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and report discrepancies.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and product information.

Website Management:

  • Update product information, descriptions, and images on the e-commerce platform.
  • Ensure website functionality and troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Data Analysis:

  • Track sales metrics and website performance using analytics tools.
  • Generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT to implement website enhancements and updates.

Qualifications:

  • ICS/I.Com/A.D.P/B.com
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Food panda, Speedy Mart etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
