• Create, update, and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Manage product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Process customer orders, returns, and refunds in a timely manner.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone.
• Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and digital marketing activities.
• Manage emails, calls, and calendars.
• Conduct online research and prepare reports.
• Handle data entry and maintain records.
• Assist with social media posting and engagement.
• Prepare presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Support e-commerce operations
