Ecommerce Consultant

An eCommerce Consultant is responsible for providing expert advice and strategic guidance to businesses seeking to improve or establish their online sales channels. They analyze existing online operations, identify opportunities for growth, and implement solutions to enhance performance, user experience, conversion rates, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Analyze business goals and develop tailored eCommerce strategies.
• Advise on platform selection (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
• Develop digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
• Provide insights on pricing, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
• Website Optimization:
• Conduct UX/UI audits to improve customer experience and conversions.
• Recommend and oversee website redesigns or replatforming as needed.
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and website performance.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Set up and interpret eCommerce analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4).
• Track KPIs such as traffic, bounce rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Provide actionable insights to improve performance.
• Sales Funnel Optimization:
• Evaluate and improve the customer journey from discovery to checkout.
• Reduce cart abandonment and increase average order value (AOV).
• Recommend A/B testing strategies for landing pages and product pages.
• Technology & Integrations:
• Advise on integrations with CRMs, ERPs, inventory management systems, and marketing automation tools.
• Ensure seamless operation between front-end and back-end systems.
• Marketplace & Omni-Channel Strategy:
• Support sales expansion into marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
• Develop multi-channel strategies that align with business objectives.
• Training & Support:
• Provide training to internal teams on eCommerce best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
