Sr. Specialist eCom Content & Promo Ops
at adidas, the role ensures smooth
execution of digital brand/commercial campaigns and content publishing
across Emerging Markets, collaborating with digital activation and cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class consumer experiences across web and app platforms.

with 3+ years of experience in
digital campaign execution and content publishing
across web and app platforms. They are
technically proficient
with CMS and commerce platforms (e.g., SFCC), skilled in managing
promotions, vouchers, and product launches
, and comfortable troubleshooting operational issues. Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills
enable them to collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global teams. They are
data-driven, solution-oriented, and resilient
, with a passion for delivering seamless digital consumer experiences and continuously optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities

Drive
on-time, in-full digital campaign execution
across web & app.

Execute
content briefs and platform configurations
via CMS and commerce platforms.

Create & manage cart promotions, vouchers, and B2B partnerships
to boost commercial success.

Run
hype draws and waiting room mechanics
(flagship & Confirmed app) to increase demand and signups.

Ensure
quality, accuracy, and smooth delivery
of local campaign activations.

Collaborate with master data team to
validate product listing pages and PDP callouts
.

Support CRM ops
in selected markets (email communications).
-
Monitor campaign KPIs and
optimize activations using insights
.

Troubleshoot and resolve
publishing or promotional issues quickly
.

Provide transparent
status updates to stakeholders
.

Seek
content automation and process optimization opportunities
.

Share
feedback on CMS features and enhancements
with global product teams.

Safeguard
customer journey consistency
across digital touchpoints.
