Online B2C Sales Expert Reporting
Location: Jaipur
Location: Anywhere in India
Salary: ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
Experience: 5+ years in Online B2C sales Age: 30+ years

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage directly with online inquiries via website, social media, and phone leads.
• Respond to customer queries, providing accurate product information and data.
• Engagement on third party e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Cross promotion and establish partnerships with quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Dunzo).
• Plan strategic and support marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with operations team for smooth order fulfilment and timely delivery.
• Share insights with management to understanding customer choice and market movement.
• Track customer feedback and work with management to improve service quality
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales target consistently.
• Online B2C Sales Expert – Qualification & Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Online B2C sales on social media platform, in luxury retail, lifestyle, or premium gifting.
• Age 30+ years.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
• Engagment with third party ecommerce (amazon/flipkart etc)
• Cross partnership and tie up with quick commerce (zepto)
• Ability to work flexible hours and flexible locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,176.12 - ₹30,000.00 per month
