Nykaa is India’s leading beauty, wellness, and lifestyle retailer, trusted by millions of customers. We are expanding our B2B business network in Kerala and looking for passionate, target-driven sales professionals to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage B2B partnerships with retailers, salons, distributors, and local businesses.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations, promotions, and in-store visibility drives.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities in Trivandrum, Neyyattinkara, and nearby markets.
  • Report daily sales activities, competitor analysis, and market insights to the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any discipline).
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales / B2B / FMCG / retail sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Should own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
