Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in the import and export of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven experience in international sales, particularly in pharmaceutical trade, and a basic understanding of UK pharmaceutical regulations and market dynamics.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of global trade practices, especially in the pharmaceutical sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international pharmaceutical markets, with a focus on the UK and other regulated markets.
  • Manage and grow relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across global pharmaceutical markets.
  • Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with import/export requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical exports/imports.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in assigned markets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, specifically in international trade/import-export.
  • Basic knowledge of the UK pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory landscape and market entry requirements.
  • Possesses experience in the B2B (Business-to-Business) market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of logistics, export documentation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in lead generation strategies and tools, with the ability to identify and nurture high-potential business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
