Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales-to-order cycle, hands-on experience with sales order and purchase order creation, and excel in generating daily and weekly MIS reports. The Ecommerce Coordinator must be versatile, process-oriented, and able to multitask with a start-up mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and manage the complete sales-to-order cycle, ensuring efficient and timely order processing
• Handle the accurate creation of sales orders and purchase orders
• Generate daily and weekly MIS reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrate a proactive start-up attitude, taking initiative and adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities to meet deadlines
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects
• Coordinate daily with multiple suppliers for order fulfilment and strong vendor relationships
• Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for smooth operations
• Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and routine tasks
• Oversee ecommerce order processing and document reconciliation
