we pride ourselves on our product design and quality. As we expand our online presence, we need a dedicated Listing Manager to ensure our products are accurately and attractively represented across all e-commerce platforms.

Role Overview:
The E-commerce Listing Manager will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining all product listings across various online channels. This role ensures every product detail (titles, descriptions, images, specs) is correct, and optimizes content so that our products are visible, compliant, and high-converting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) and on the D2C site.
• Write / optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.
• Ensure high-quality images are uploaded and comply with platform guidelines.
• Monitor listing performance: impressions, click-through rate, conversion rate; recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with Product Design and Quality teams for new product information, feature updates, and catalog accuracy.
• Handle listing errors, catalogue issues, and listing takedowns.
• Manage bulk uploads using Excel, CSV templates, and marketplace listing tools.
• Work with digital marketing to align listing content with promotional campaigns.
• Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies, listing best practices, SEO for marketplaces, and guideline changes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3–4 years experience in e-commerce cataloging or listing operations.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable with bulk upload tools.
• Good understanding of SEO / keyword optimization for marketplaces.
• Attention to detail is a must — both for data and content.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross teams (design, marketing, operations).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra or similar.
