Role Overview:
As an E-Commerce Manager specializing in Amazon Campaign Management, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our Amazon store through strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimization. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that our Amazon listings and advertising campaigns deliver maximum ROI. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s advertising tools and e-commerce metrics, along with the ability to manage and analyze campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display ads.
- Set up and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize product visibility, drive traffic, and increase sales.
- Monitor and adjust bids, keywords, and targeting to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve the performance of Amazon campaigns.
- Listing Optimization:
- Ensure product listings are optimized for maximum visibility and conversions on Amazon.
- Work on improving product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to enhance discoverability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance and product performance metrics.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on Amazon campaign performance, ROI, and overall account health.
- Use data insights to inform future campaigns and improve strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective ad spend while achieving desired KPIs.
- Competitor Research:
- Conduct regular competitor research to understand trends, keywords, and best practices in the Amazon marketplace.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- Work closely with product teams to ensure product listings are always up-to-date and aligned with market demands.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
- Address any issues related to account health, listing performance, or Amazon policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in managing Amazon campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in analyzing data using tools like Amazon Seller Central reports, Excel, and third-party analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Amazon SEO, listing optimization, and best practices for the Amazon marketplace.
- Experience with A/B testing, keyword research, and conversion rate optimization.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
