Ecommerce Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager located in Kuwait City. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee the online sales and marketing activities to ensure the company meets its business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, monitoring sales performance, analyzing data to make informed decisions, optimizing product listings, and coordinating promotions. The selected individual will also collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience and ensure seamless online operations.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce knowledge and familiarity with e-commerce platforms
• Proficiency in Marketing and Sales to promote products and drive growth
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and trends to develop strategies
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines efficiently
• Proven ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience within the e-commerce or retail industry is an advantage
