Project Executive - Operations & Project Delivery - Retail - 360 Mall, Kuwait

About the Role



We are looking for a highly driven Project Executive to lead and manage end‑to‑end retail and building projects across the Group. In this role, you will oversee project planning, design coordination, contractor management, procurement, quality control, and timely delivery ensuring all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project execution plans, timelines, and strategic programs covering design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Implement standard processes for tendering, contractor selection, payments, communication, and issue resolution.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates clearly to management and business stakeholders.

Design & Contractor Coordination

• Manage all design phases ensuring deliverables meet project timelines.
• Review and approve contractor drawings in coordination with Business, Marketing, Landlords, and authorities.
• Float tenders, evaluate proposals, and recommend vendors/subcontractors.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and statutory guidelines.
• Manage snagging, defect liability, and closure of all project deliverables.

Cost, Reporting & Governance

• Work with QS to prepare CAPEX submissions for new projects.
• Provide accurate progress updates, track store delivery timelines, and flag risks promptly.
• Ensure accurate reporting and prevent overpayments to subcontractors.

People Leadership

• 
  Guide and motivate team members to deliver quality work and support their development for future roles.
