Project Manager

Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering food & beverage fit-out projects from inception to handover. Working for a fit-out contracting company specialized in the F&B industry, this role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements of restaurant environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end F&B fit-out projects, from planning and mobilization to final handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, landlords, and authorities to ensure smooth project execution
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work to ensure constructability and compliance
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cash flow
• Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure quality workmanship and timely progress
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site
• Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and specialized F&B installations
• Monitor variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring proper documentation and approvals
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients
• Ensure testing, commissioning, snagging, and successful project handover

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fit-out contracting, with strong exposure to F&B projects
• Proven track record in delivering restaurant, café, and kitchen fit-outs
• Strong understanding of MEP, kitchen equipment, and F&B operational requirements
• Experience working with malls, landlords, and local authorities is an advantage

Pay: From KD800.000 per month
