About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy, marketplace operations, and performance marketing coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, managing online marketplaces, and optimizing the customer journey end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth
- Manage and optimize marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
- Monitor product listings, pricing, catalog management, and inventory coordination
- Improve website conversion rates and user experience
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal sales
- Coordinate with digital marketing team (SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Track and analyze KPIs (Revenue, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, AOV, etc.)
- Manage payment gateways, logistics partners, and order fulfillment processes
- Ensure smooth order processing, returns management, and customer satisfaction
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and strategic insights

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years experience in managing e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and performance marketing tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of inventory management & supply chain coordination
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills Preferred Skills
- Experience in D2C brand scaling
- Hands-on with marketing automation tools
- Experience in CRO tools & A/B testing
- Basic understanding of SEO & website structure
