Job Summary

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company’s online sales channels. This role oversees day-to-day e-commerce operations, drives online revenue, improves customer experience, and ensures alignment between digital marketing, merchandising, logistics, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities1. E-commerce Strategy & Sales Growth

• Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Own online revenue, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and traffic growth.
• Plan and manage online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales.

2. Website & Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and marketplaces (if any).
• Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, descriptions, images, and stock availability.
• Work with IT/developers to improve site performance, UX, and conversion rate.
• Monitor website uptime, speed, and functionality.

3. Digital Marketing & Performance

• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on paid ads, SEO, email, and social campaigns.
• Optimize traffic sources to maximize ROAS and conversion.
• Support customer acquisition and retention strategies.

4. Merchandising & Inventory Coordination

• Coordinate with Buying and Merchandising teams for product launches and stock planning.
• Monitor stock levels and sell-through to reduce overstock and lost sales.
• Support pricing, markdowns, and clearance strategies online.

5. Customer Experience & Operations

• Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, returns, and refunds.
• Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Improve customer journey and post-purchase experience.

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
