Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Our Client is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and elevate marketing initiatives across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on B2C eCommerce strategy.

You Will:

  • Support leadership in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels, ensuring alignment with company objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop and launch high-impact marketing campaigns from concept through execution, while measuring results and optimizing for ROI.
  • Create and deliver performance reports on campaign metrics including conversion rates, acquisition, retention, and ROI, using insights to continuously refine strategy.
  • Collaborate with product development, sales, and cross-functional partners to ensure marketing strategies support business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee brand voice, ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms and elevating brand presence in key markets.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently and maximizing ROI on initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Drive measurable improvements in B2B eCommerce marketing to expand reach and revenue across business-to-business markets.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing, including 2–3 years in strategic and campaign management roles.
  • Proven expertise in B2C eCommerce strategy and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and digital channels including SEO/SEM, social, email, and paid advertising.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail and proven ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business priorities.

  • Salary : $60K-$75K DOE
